   Gabrielle has worked in many art forms including painting, sculpture,
film, illustration, graphic design, interior decorating, and landscape
design.
 
She has worked for Ralph Lauren's Head Interior Decorator.
 
Her work in commercial films was as a stylist and swing person,
concentrating on the visual arts aspect of the film industry, working 
on props, set design, painting, script continuity, and wardrobe.
 
Her client list includes CBS, IBM, ESPN, PBS, Pitney Bowes, Sesame 
Street, NOVA, ZOLI, Sue Charney, and FORD Models.

The New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City 
selected a two hour documentary produced wholly by Gabrielle (filming, editing, and subject
matter) for a competition.
 
She studied painting with Richard Hess and Thomas Locker, as well as at
Paier School of Art and Parson's School of Design.
 
In addition to her artistic pursuits, Gabrielle earned a Master Gardener certificate 
from the University of Connecticut Agricultural Center, and 
is also a manager and projectionist at the Bantam Cinema.
 
Her recent artwork paintings has concentrated mainly on landscapes,
portraits of animals and people . She also favors surrealism and 
visionary art. Gabrielle continues to work also in film including her paintings 
and sculptures in experimental documentaries.

She has held other solo shows of her paintings at the Risley Gallery at
the Johnson Art Center in Litchfield, The White Silo in Sherman, The
Morris Museum and Reading Room,  The Outsider Gallery, The Chameleon
Gallery, The Stairwell Gallery in Washington and the Oliver Wilcott
Library and Gallery in Litchfield.
